Getting set up is easy

Tell us a little about you and when's best to reach you. An MMI coordinator will call within one business day to confirm your install.

Before we arrive — a quick checklist

Please look over this list. It helps the install go smoothly and quickly.

  • Someone 18 or older will be home during the install
  • There's a clear path from the front door to where the device will go
  • Open space (about the size of the device) is ready in the room
  • A working electrical outlet is within reach of that space
  • Pets will be secured and bedding cleared
