A specialized mattress that helps prevent and treat early-stage pressure wounds.
What it does
This mattress gently spreads body weight across its surface to relieve pressure points and improve comfort. It is commonly prescribed for Stage I and Stage II pressure wounds.
Watch a short how-to video
A short instructional video for this device will appear here. In the meantime, follow the written steps below — and call us anytime if you need a walkthrough.
How to operate it
- 1
Place the mattress flat on the bed frame with the labeled top side facing up.
- 2
Plug the pump into a working wall outlet (do not use an extension cord).
- 3
Turn the pump on. You'll hear a soft hum as it inflates — this can take a few minutes.
- 4
Wait until the indicator light shows it's fully inflated before getting in bed.
- 5
Use the bedding provided. Keep sheets loose so the mattress can do its job.
Daily care & comfort tips
- Reposition every 2 hours, or as your care team recommends.
